A. Pope Quote

Individuals lacking sapience hurtle themselves forward into places that creatures high in the heavens have trepidation about stepping upon.

In all the off putting political speak going around reminds me that almost anything can be rephrased to sound innocuous.

The pharase is a highbrow repharase from Alexander Pope and has a lot less punch than the origanal. Do you know what that was?

  1. The more important question for me is this, why do people insist on wording bound to confuse or intimidate? I have always ensured to speak in a manner all feel comfortable with. Only expanding my speech in order to meet those who are intent on the humiliation of others.
By the way the only thing that comes to mind is 'some souls go where Angels fear to tread'.

  2. Dorrie - that was close.
"Fools rush in where angels fear to tread" is the correct quote.
I was just having a bit of fun.
